Lisa’s quest to make a difference led her to discover the field of study known as Appreciative Inquiry (AI). In 2003, she studied AI with its creator, Dr. David Cooperidder, at Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. This experience was life altering. Later that same year, after 5 ½ years with the state, Lisa decided to pursue her business full time.

Additionally, Lisa is a co-owner of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting, a consortium of AI consultants dedicated to creating a positive revolution in change using AI. Lisa is an active member of the Albany Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce, serving as chair of the Ambassador Committee and is a graduate of Capital Leadership.

In addition, Lisa is a member of The Consulting Alliance, Business and Professional Women (BPW) Tech Valley Chapter, the Schenectady Chapter of BNI and is on the Board of the Capital District Women’s Bar Association Legal Project
