Coaching: Coaching is billed on a monthly
basis and includes an agreed upon number of sessions per month
for a set fee. The entire monthly fee is due each month prior
to the first scheduled session. If the client wishes to discontinue
the coaching relationship, refunds will be issued for unused sessions
only. Request for refunds must be received at least twenty-four
(24) hours prior to the next scheduled coaching session. If
received within twenty-four (24) hours of a session, client will
be charged for that session and will receive a refund only for
any unused sessions.
Requests to cancel or reschedule a coaching
session must be received more than twenty-four (24) hours prior
to the session. Requests
less than 24 hours of the scheduled session or if the client does
not show for the session, the client will be charged for the session.
Seminars/Teleclasses: Registration
fees for a seminar or teleclass are due at time of registration. Requests
for a refund must be received more than twenty-four (24) hours
prior to the start time of the seminar or teleclass. Refunds
for no shows or requests less than twenty-four (24) hours will
not be issued. However, the client may receive a certificate
of credit in the amount of the registration fee to be used towards
any future seminar or teleclass offered by Transformational Conversations.
Consulting: As consulting
requires significant preparation work, once the contract is signed
by both parties no refunds will be issued. Consulting engagements
can be rescheduled subject to the availability of Transformational
Conversations.
Speaking Engagements: A
50% deposit of the speaking engagement fee is required in order
to secure the date. The
remainder of the fee is due not less than thirty days prior to
the scheduled date. Speaker fees are non-refundable, however
rescheduling to another date will be accommodated subject to the
availability of Transformational Conversations.
Product Sales: All tangible products
offered by Transformational Conversations come with
an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee for the
full purchase price (not including any shipping and handling charges
which are not refundable). Customer must return the
item in saleable condition at their expense, except
if the return is the result of Transformational Conversations’ error
or was damaged in transit to the customer. Customers must obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Transformational Conversations prior to
shipping returns back in order to be eligible for a refund.
