Bringing Out The Best! is an engaging, informative and thought-provoking program designed to enhance managers and supervisors’ ability to Bring Out The Best in the employees they oversee. It trains them how to focus on and leverage their own strengths as well as those of the people they lead. This program reveals the limits of the traditional approach to managing people and introduces the attendees to Appreciative Inquiry, a proven methodology for causing and sustaining positive change.
By the end of the program, participants will

This program is generally delivered in three, 3 1/2 hour sessions over a four to six week period. Interim coaching is provided for maximum results.

Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry (AI)
This seminar is designed to give the participants an overview of Appreciative Inquiry, a proven methodology for igniting and sustaining positive change for individuals and organizations. Through both lecture and small group activities, attendees will be introduced to the principles and the four phases of AI (Discovery, Dream, Design, Destiny). Additionally, participants will experience the power of AI firsthand by engaging in an appreciative interview.
